Schools 'Persistently Dangerous'
Twenty Seven schools in New york were named Persistently dangerous which led to the federal No Child Left Behind Act. So parents can decide where their children can go to school at. These schools have more violence and crimes, were more people are being killed, more robberies and weapons are broughten to schools. So ask yourself when you get older do you want your child being brought up in a school full of crimes and violence? I know I wouldn't, parents should be able to choose where their children are going to school at. Please let me know how you feel about this, Thank you! for more information please visit http://www.keepschoolssafe.org/schools-named-persistently-dangerous/

I agree with you i would not want to raise my kid up in place where there is voilence. New York is not i place to raise a family thats for sure and you should be able to send your kids to a better school then that.
I wouldnt want to raise my kids in a school were I would have to worry about them getting shot or pushed into drugs either I think some schools are getting better at preventing this but some should think about being a little more strict in certain areas.
